Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1,345m) overnight at a hotel with Bed & Breakfast plan.

Day 02:  Pre-trip meeting and sightseeing around Kathmandu valley.

Day 03:  Drive to Syabrubesi (1,450m) 5/6 hrs drive, overnight at guesthouse

Day 04:   Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,470m).5/6 hrs walking. Overnight at guest house

Day 05: Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang Valley (3,430m).5/6 hrs walking. Overnight at guesthouse

Day 06: Trek Langtang Valley to Kyanjing Gompa (3,870m).3/4 hrs walking. Overnight at guest house

Day 07:  An early morning hike up to Kyanjing Ri (3,900m) and Trek back Ghoda Tabela (2,950m) 5/6 hrs walking. Overnight at guest house

Day 08:  Trek from Ghoda Tabela to Thulo Syabru (2,800m) 5/6 hrs walking. Overnight at guest house

Day 09:  Trek from Thulo Syabru to Sing Gompa (3,330m) 4/5 hrs walking. Overnight at guest house

Day 10:  Trek from Sing Gompa to Gosaikunda (4600m) 4/5 hrs walking. Overnight at guest house

Day 11:  Trek from Gosaikunda to Ghopte (3,440m) 5/6 hrs walking. Overnight at guesthouse

Day 12:  Trek from Ghopte to Tharepati (3,600m) 5/6 hrs walking. Overnight at guesthouse

Day 13:  Trek from Tharepati to Bhanjyang (2,450m) 5/6 hrs walking Overnight at guesthouse

Day 14:  Trek from Bhanjyang to Chisapani (2,134m) 5/6 hrs walking. Overnight at guesthouse

Day 15:  Trek from Chisapani to Sundarijal (1,350m) and a 30-minute drive to Kathmandu. Overnight at the hotel with B&B plan

Day 16:  Rest day relaxing and shopping day.

Day 17:  Transfer to airport for your final departure.

Physical fitness

Langtang region Trek can be done by anyone with normal health condition. It is a easy trek that takes you to the base beautiful valleys and amazing region Langtang. It is ok to practice carrying the weight which will be helpful for to carry your stuffs.

Lodging and food

We will be greeting you at International airport and make your stay possible at one of the 3-star hotels in the town. While you are on the Trek to the Langtang region, you will be staying at the Teahouses/Lodge. The stay may be twin sharing or single(depends on what you want and it is difficult to find a separate bedroom at high above). Likewise, Access the Asia will take you to the best possible place where you can enjoy the hygienic Nepali as well as International food. Accommodation with breakfast, lunch and dinner at different areas during trekking and in camping as per the holiday plan will be provided. For the Lunch and Dinner, while staying at Kathmandu, you are responsible for the payment. There will be the farewell dinner with every guest after they return from their Trek.

Best Time to travel

February to Mid June, September – Mid December is the best for climbing up the Base Camp.

Dec & January are cold which can be snowy, July and August are rainy time, trekking can be done, but visibility can be weak due to rain.


Generally, we offer tourist bus for Trekking to Langtang region which may take 6 to 8 hours. If

you want to travel in private vehicles then we can make it possible but it may take extra charges.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport

The first day as you arrive at Kathmandu you will be received from airport by our company representative and transfer to the hotel with Bed & Breakfast plan.

Day 02: pre- trip meeting and sightseeing around the Kathmandu valley

The very next day after you arrive to Nepal our company representative will take you to various renowned places of Kathmandu like Boudhanath, Bhaktapur durbar square, Kathmandu durbar square and many more for sightseeing. The sightseeing will help you to understand the ancient culture and tradition of Kathmandu Valley. After the completion of sightseeing we will gather together to plan about our trek for the days ahead.

Day 03: Drive to Syabrubesi by Tourist Bus

As per the planning, on day third we will departure from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi by tourist bus. It will take 6 to 7 hours of drive which is really an exciting bus drive as you will see various beautiful places that are naturally rich and culturally affluent. The rivers, forest, natural vegetation and others are the prominent features of the places that we are going to pass by during our drive. As we will reach Syabrubesi our trek guide will transfer you to guesthouse.

Day 04: Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel

Then at day four we will walk 4 to 5 hours from Shabrubesi to reach Lama Hotel which lies at an altitude of 2560 meters. During our trek to Lama Hotel we will pass through various local villages which are culturally rich and ancient. The natural resources, cultural, tradition, rivers and others that came through our way are really heart touching and mesmerizing. Then all the natural and cultural varieties of the region will company us to Lama Hotel. Then our guide will take you to guest house.

Day 05: Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang Village

After resting at the guest house the very next day we will get prepared for the next exciting journey to Langtang Village. We will be walking for at least 5 to six hours in order to reach Langtang village from Lama Hotel via Ghoda Tabela (3000 Meters). While walking at Ghoda Tabela you can see white monkeys and local birds. Then gradually we will incline up to Langtang Village valley passing temporary grazing area of herders who bring their livestock to graze on the pasture. On the way we can also see monasteries, rivers, rare animals and we will make us acquaint with both rare culture and natural treasure. Then we will arrive to Langtang village. Our trek guide will then take you to guest house for dinner and rest to gear up for tomorrow.

Day 06: Trek from Langtang Village to Kyanjing Gompa

At day six we will trek to Kyanjing (3870m.), a 3 to four hours trek from Langtang Village. The villages, pastures, natural vegetation are amazing features of the trail. The trail will then take us to Kyanjing. There we can see monastery and also a government-operated cheese factory. We will have lunch at Kyanjing. Kyanjing will give us a benefit to acclimatize ourselves and we will explore the natural resources of the area. Kyanjing is a beautiful place where snow capped peak can be seen in all directions. At Kyanjing we can view Dorje Lakpa (6990m.), Langtang Ri (6370m.) and Langtang Lirung (7245m.) and so on. Stay overnight at tea house.

Day 07: Early morning hike up to Kyanjing Ri and trek back to Ghodatabela

Early in the morning at day 7 we will hike up to Kyanjing Ri situated at an altitude of 4983. Day 7 is a leisure day on which we will explore the area. The amazing view of Langtang Lirung, the ancient monastery, cheese factory, beautiful Kyanjing Ri [4350m] and stunning view of the Langtang peaks are a packed serve to you by the nature. Then exploring around the Kyanjing we will trek back to Ghoda Tabela. It will take 5 to 6 hours to reach Ghodatabela. Stay overnight at tea house.

Day 08: Trek from Ghoda Tabela to Thulo Syabru

Then at next day of 8 we will trek from Ghoda Tabela to Thulo Syabru. Thulo Syabru is located at an altitude of 2800 meters. To reach Thulo Syabru it will take 5 to six hours of walk from Ghoda Tabela. On the way to Thulo Syabru we will get an opportunity to see various types of monkeys, bear, birds and various others mountainous animals. The place is inhabitant of indigenous Tamang people. We can get an opportunity to learn about the ancient Tamang cultural and tradition. Overnight at guesthouse

Day 09: Trek from Thulo Syabru to Shing Gompa

Then at day 9 we will leave Thulo Syabru to reach Sing Gompa which lies at an altitude of 3330 meters. We will walk 4 to 5 hours to reach the place. We will cross ridges to be at Shing Gompa a small. Our guide will transfer us to guest house.

Day 10: Trek from Sing Gompa to Gosaikunda

From Shing Gompa we will incline ourselves upward to reach Gosaikunda. On our way the rhododendron forest and Trishuli River is an added ecstasy of our journey. After Some hours of walk crossing forest and ridges we will be at Cholang Pati from where we enter into the Gosaikunda (4600 meters). We can see Langtang Lirung, Mustang, Himalchuli, and Manaslu from here. The high altitude summer pastures for sheep and goats are awesome. Finally we will be able to see the first of the largest lake, the holy Gosaikunda, which is evident from the large stone Shiva lingam and the guesthouses around its shores, Saraswati Kund from here. Day 11: Trek from Gosaikunda to Ghopte

Then at Day 11 our guide will walk 5 to 6 hours of walk to talk you to the beautiful place named Ghopte. Ghopte is full of natural diversity, forest, culture and tradition. You will be astonished to see the beauty that god has gathered in the place. It lies at an altitude of 3440 meters. Overnight at guest house

Day 12: Trek from Ghopte to Tharepati

After a rest at day 11 we will gather our energy for a next day walk of 5 to six hours to reach Tharepati from Ghopte. Before reaching to Tharepati on our way we will cross many village, forest, trails. The place is rich in both Tradition and culture. Overnight at Guest house

Day 13: Trek from Tharepati to Bhanjyang

To reach the Bhanjyang (2,450m) from Tharepati we will walk 5 to six hours. That is a lifetime experience because this place is no less than any other naturally renowned places described elsewhere. God has its show case of natural resource here at this place. Overnight at guesthouse

Day 14: Trek from Bhanjyang to Chisapani

Then at day 14 we will be at Chisapani at an altitude of 2134 meters. Chisapani serves a good place to surround oneself with a good weather. We will stay at Chisapani.

Day 15: Trek from Chisapani to Sundarijal

The Next day we will descend to Sundarijal (1350 meters) from Chisapani. Beautiful Nagarjun Shivapuri conservation is amazing. River sundarijal accompanies us on our journey. We can also see various birds, animals and more on the way to sundarijal. Then from sundarijal we will drive to Kathmandu. At Kathmandu our guide will transfer you to the hotel

Day 16: Rest day relaxing and shopping day

The day 16 is the day for relaxation and shopping. Our company represent will take you to the various shopping center and local market for you to do your shopping.

Day 17: Transfer to the airport for your final departure

At day 10 our company representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan airport for your final departure.
