Best Time for Gokyo Valley Trek

The best time to trek to Gokyo is Spring (March to May) and Autumn (September to November) seasons. During this time the weather condition of the Everest region is stable and views of the mountains are at their clearest.

Spring (March to May) is especially beautiful in the lower section of the trail, as the forest comes alive with the blooming rhododendron and wild flowers.
