WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS PARTICULAR TREK??
Though, you will be provided with the basic necessities for this trek, you have to manage clothing to
get rid of the frost bites as you go to the highest altitude where the weather is pretty unpredictable.
Knee cap, layered clothes, snow googles, trekking shoes, thermal inner wear, windproof jackets,
down jackets etc. are the few personal things that are really important for this trek. Among these
important things, you can buy or rent few of these items here in Nepal. Normally, during this trek, it
is good to have veg foods and eggs to keep you fit and healthy throughout the journey. And, pure
drinking water is available throughout this trek.
